Horrible experience renting with them for 3+ years. Dismissed many of my concerns, lost our checks twice and two of the main office employees made many micro aggressions towards my roommates and I.

I love doing business with them. I have been with them for years. Don't plan on going anywhere. They are very professional and friendly. I have never had a single complaint. I would highly recommend them. 5 stars

They have always handled our situations very professionally. Renewals are quick, ladies there are very friendly. The rentals aren't always the best but I do think their prices reflect that. Sometimes you have to reach out a couple of times in order to get maintenance to respond and grounds maintenance could always be better but all in all they have been great to us.

I stayed in one of there apartments on the north side of Moscow. Generally they were okay, but there were a few things that really got to me. I had a neighbor put a bullet through my apartment. The property management did not take care of the hole in the front door or the walls for about 9 months. There was an issue with my rent payment that was entirely on there side to fix. When discussing the issue with staff, I couldn't get them to dig into their paperwork/system to see what had actually happened with the money. Instead I was sent across town to my bank multiple times trying to solve the issue. It took my bank manager telling them the issue was entirely on there side. The positive side of that interaction was that they didn't aggressively charge me fees while the issue was sorted. The

I have rented through Welcome Home for many years, they put up with me constantly wanting to move to different locations (my choice for more space for my pets) they never hesitated to help me in any way they could. Whenever I had a problem in my home they were quick to get it fixed when they could. While living in Moscow I told many people I would never rent through any other company... In my opinion all employees are great, kind and respectful.
