We used this company a few years ago. It was friendly, welcoming, and a great experience. However, this time was very different. The realtor was very active which was kinda nice but also overbearing. Once we got to their office we noticed spartan helmets and other "warrior" items that represent their core values. As well as a weight room. It started to give me the vibes they were trying to over compensate manliness and toughness. That has nothing to do with what I need in a realtor. Then we sit down and he has to go through this whole speech the company has in a book about how they are different and something about not being a jack of all trades realtor. Cause you know "you don't want the receptionist to do brain surgery". I feel like one of the jobs I would want a jack of all trades is a
