They do a good job and they are friendly they have created a nice community. They have a lot of properties However they have cheap rents for this reason if you pay your rent they assist with everything are friendly and will leave you be. Which I value I had a flooded dishwasher and garbage disposal and received a new dishwasher form the flooding issue so happy with it

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Palouse Properties' management services. My experiences as a tenant have been consistently negative, and I feel it is important to bring share my experience. Upon moving into my first rental property with Palouse Properties, I discovered one of the bedrooms had a pervasive cat urine odor. Despite my efforts to clean the carpets, the smell persisted. When I brought this to the attention of your office staff, specifically Tabby and Rosie, it was evident they were aware of the issue. While new carpet was eventually installed, the odor remained for the entirety of my three-year tenancy, and I was unjustly charged for it upon moving out. Do not rent through this company! They are horrible at keeping track of things. Several times throughout my one year of renting through them, I got notifications that my rent was late when I paid months in advance. Then they were just like "Oops it was a mistake." Before I went home for the summer, I asked 3 different people at different times at this company if my lease was completely paid through and all 3 people said I was completely paid. Then July roles around and I get another notification that I was late for paying for rent. So I called and they said I never paid July. How did 3 different people on 3 different occasions mess that up. Worst company ever. They need to learn how to keep track of things better. Would not recommend them to anyone.

They are an upstanding property management service! The people are friendly. They address fair with leasing and work with you to help you get your deposit back. They aren’t price gouging. I pay $980 for a beautiful 2B/2B and I absolutely love it

Palouse Properties is hands down the best management/leasing company in Moscow. Keep in mind that most of the bad reviews on here are from first time tenants who aren’t familiar with the responsibility of having an apartment and keeping it in good shape. Our experience with them has been incredible. We moved into apartments on Taylor Ave right next to campus, and were unaware that most of the other tenants there are in college and party almost 24/7. It was causing a large disturbance for me and my wife, and it was difficult to get sleep or live comfortably. As soon as this was mentioned to the leasing office in passing conversation (I didn’t even go in to complain about this, it was a separate issue), they expressed great concern and said they would do their best to find something else fo
