They manage ghost building. Hopefully the scaffolding will come down at 276 Riverside Drive. Its been 4 years. Beautiful building Patrick in the lobby is always nice.

Good management (excellent by NYC standards). Pros: - application process was straightforward and relatively quick - management was pretty flexible on lease terms, pets, etc.; you just have to ask them nicely - got my deposit back in full: it was mailed to me right after my move out date (this is actually important, since I heard people in NYC often don't get their deposit back for no reason, and if they do, they may have to wait for it for a few months...) - building I lived in was well maintained - in my building we had very good and responsive superintendent and maintenance team - apartment prices are fair with very small rent increase Cons: - to apply for an apartment you need to go though Rachel Realty; they are better than many agencies in NYC, but if you come from out-of-state, don

Been a tenant in a Weinreb Management building for the past six years. Great team and quick turnaround on repair requests. Best landlord I've had in New York.

Terrible Management. Never fixes your issues on time. The building appartments falling apart. If you contact the management they will tell you to get back to you but never gives you call back. All the water pipes in the building messed up its been leaking for a year. The landlord doesnt care about anything. Its time to report you guys. I have called from 514 ocean parkway many times never got any calls back.
