I was scrambling trying to find a licensed contractor to complete the items listed on the repair addendum for the sale of my house when I found Rob. He was able to get out there quickly without charging a premium, the buyer was happy with the repairs, and we were even able to close the sale about a week early! We did ask them to remove some debris that it looks like they just missed one load of at the end of the job, but as soon as I mentioned it, they came back the same day to finish the cleanup.

Maybe all these other reviews are somewhat good because they about repair jobs... but let's talk about Weigel Homes as a new home builder. We do not recommend that anyone buy a house that was built by Weigel Homes in the last few years. We bought a new home built by this company less than 4 years ago. Since then, we have had electrical and plumbing problems (no regulator valve!!) where respective contractors remark "Wow - this is barely up to code". Walls are extremely thin - you can hear everything from a room away (including bathrooms!). A leak developed because the attic vent was not properly affixed to the roof. Water trickled down to the master bedroom and we had to have that entire ceiling repaired. Now we have to get ALL FLOORS (two stories) REPLACED. Incessant creaking everywhere

Everyone there is kind. You know when you are blessed with good staff when they treat you as family! Thank's for renting to me years ago and I hope to rent from you again one day!

Really digging our new house. Love the finishes and layout. Location is great. Super safe and friendly neighborhood.
