Our closing in 2019 was one of the smoothest processes with Weichert Title! Charlie explained everything to us and there were no issues which to our surprise the entire closing only took 45 min! Feel like that is record timing. The experience was so good we didn’t hesitate to use them again when we also decided to refi & this time Barb helped us out. This title company is inept. I was involved in the sale of my deceased parents' home that settled on 12/14. There were multiple parties that were required to sign documents in order to close on the house. Because of this, some of the parties were able to get the documents signed and notarized prior to closing. The day before closing, in the late afternoon, the title company informed our agent that the documents may need to be re-signed and re-notarized due to errors on the title company's end. Luckily, this was changed as it was emphasized that some of the sellers had already signed and paid to have the documents notarized.
