Came to Brainerd in 2012 from Montana to transfer to the Costco in Baxter. I had rented a small house in town from a private owner not through a realty only seeing pictures online and talking with the owner on the phone. Showed up in front of the house with the Uhaul and the house was nothing close to what was advertised online. It was not livable and infested with bugs. Looking for a property manager… Tod Barnett is managing multiple properties for me since 2008. What I can say about Tod, he is conscientious on who is selected as tenants, that they pay on time and properties are kept up.
