I worked with this agency during a recent rental. Before signing the lease, my agent told me — in writing — that the landlord’s side had confirmed one of the backyard sheds was being repaired as it had a leak so I could use it for storage once I moved in. Since the property doesn’t have a basement, that was a major factor in my decision to move forward. After signing and moving in, I later learned from the landlord that this shed turned out to not have a leak but instead mold making it completely unusable. The landlord has confirmed they never had any plans to repair it and had communicated this over to my agent. Alan Tecchio is the best realtor he was available for any home we wanted to see, acted with urgency and answered all of our questions. We had a truly great experience with him!

We purchased a home with Tracy Roberts, which was one of weicherts home. They oversold the home of it being a great home for a first time home buyers. Tracy even recommended a inspector by the name Fred which ended up doing a horrible job by overlooking structural damage. Tracy even recommended a lawyer by the name of John Horan, who hasn't responded to my phone calls in over 5 months. I do not recommend this branch.

Look and read your contract carefully before you sign! Make sure if Rosalie Tenseth is your seller you look at the term! She will trick you into signing for 9 months or longer in this market!! Which means you cannot go with any other agent if your dissatisfied. 9 months, that’s how you know they don’t want to move or sell quick. Let’s just list it and see what happens mind set. Her broker manager Donna Spinetta is quick to turn hostile aswell. Perfect example of when I called these two on behalf of my single mother who they were taking advantage of. Donna relied, “welcome to real estate”. Hmm didn’t realize this was TV show! This is how they act when it comes to peoples livelihood.
