First of all. You will never in your life meet an apartment manager who has the dedication to his customers like Scott. He made sure my wife and I were comfortable in our new apartment and had the knowledge and the customer service mentality to make sure we were 100% happy with our new place. These apartments are the perfect mix of affordability and comfort. Ask for Scott you will not be disappointed.

This is my first apartment and I have been living here since April 2016, today is the 29th of December 2017. I live on the first floor in one of the single bedroom apartments. Overall things are very good, it's clean, convenient, safe and affordable. The location is great as there are many stores and services available within short distance. So far I've had two major problems: one with a leaking sink many months ago (but the maintenance personnel addressed the issue within a day or two, it started to leak again but was extremely slow and was fixed within a few days, I haven't had a problem since though). And the other issue was with strange upstairs neighbors (they made an unreasonable amount of sudden loud outbursts that were quite disturbing but they moved out shortly after I moved in, t

My family and I lived at Center Grove Village apartments for nearly 4 years. I got to know Scott, the property manager, as well as most of the maintenance crew, and I have nothing but positive things to say. Scott is transparent, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. The hard-working maintenance crew is courteous and always responded to work orders within a few days (depending on the severity, of course). We had a fully upgraded one-bedroom unit, and it was utterly perfect for our needs: numerous closets, hardwood and tile flooring, loads of kitchen cabinets, and lots of windows. I would like to express how grateful I am for the staff, and the unforgettable living experience I’ve had thus far at Center Grove Village. I have been here for over 2 years now. And have no reason to leave. The staff is fun and professional, and truly care about the residents. If I need something fixed, they are on it right away. The grounds are kept clean. Lots of greenery. I love that they keep up with the landscape. Ample parking. A very quiet apartment complex which you don’t hear about too often. The pool is kept clean in the summer time also. I can’t say enough positive things about this apartment complex and the people who work to maintain it!

Very high priced there and they do not care to fix any of the problems you request. had a broken backing of toilet. they said they would be here in a couple of days to fix but never showed up. They jack up the rent 25% every year. and they can't fix sht!! Don't rent there! plus they don't care to put salt down on icy steps. I nearly broke my leg one time.
