Collaborated with Sierra for an apartment in Rochester. My daughter relocated for the first time from South Jersey and we knew nothing about the region. In less that 1 week, she lined us up with 8 visits to different available units in our budget and time frame. I have lived at one of lilac properties for almost 3 years now, and it's been the worst experience of my life for one of their properties. They had a rat infestation for three years. The property manger which is Curtis, has attempt to resolve the issue, but then towards the end declined to resolve the infestation plus he has scam me out of a window fee over $500 . Totally recommend to rent elsewhere. And also, he had told another mutual friend of his that he lied about charging me over 500 for a window fee and that he only charged me $100 and that there was never any rat infestation in that home which still is and he's been trying to remove my review off because he doesn't want anyone to know That he still has a rat infestation At that property
