If I could give less than 1 star I would. We rented from Weichert for years because it was the only 4 bedroom we could find. As you can imagine, we paid over $1000/mo. In July-August 2022, I reported that the LVP flooring was bubbling up in one of the bedrooms and making it hard to open the door. It spread to the next room, reported again. It then spread to the master bedroom and my husband cut his foot. I reported again and was not as kind this time. They finally send someone out in October and once they get it inspected they realize the HVAC was not properly insulated and had been leaking. The floor joists were also not properly placed, gapped, cut and we were told by the person who did the floors that we “were lucky the bath tub did not fall in on us.” Weichert’s solution was for us to

This is the worst place to rent from, if your wall unit air go out be ready to wait 2-3 weeks and this summer we have had heat waves back to back. With no release it actually feels better outside than of apartment. When my lease is up I will never rent from them again because all you gets is lies.

We got off to a rough start because my old Landlord neglected to tell me he wolf my small apartment I rent but when I went in here and filled out paperwork and I explained my situation these people were more than gracious and ready to help! I suppose in all my years I’ve never really had a valid Landlord but quite confident I do now, whether renting or buying they seem to be blunt and direct, which I prefer, but take care of their people!

Weichert Realtors was great to us! When we were new to town, and looking for a rental we checked into several. Many made it so difficult, or acted like they couldn’t care less. Weichert had a great property! Sandra, Roxanna, Kimberly, and Addie took care of everything! Then when buying a house, they were right there, and made everything so easy! I’ve bought a few houses. No one ever made it as exciting, and easy, with peace of mind as them! Love our new house!

Announcement: The waterline was hit, during a repair which caused the water to be shut off. It should be restored within the hour. My water had already been shut off well over an hour way before I received the above "announcement" (which came at 1:42pm). To me that's miscommunication especially being I have a small baby that's bottle fed, so Water is a huge resource I use/depend on in my home. Going forward I would appreciate if im made aware of important things as such. Thanks 😊
