Carriage House Apartments

Great Experience. I have lived here for only a year and had to move out as work required me to, but if I am back in the area, I will wouldn't mind living here again. peaceful community, close to places for your daily needs. One thing I cant review for is the maintenance timing, Because I never had any issue😁but the technician is on site on weekdays I believe so It should be good. Good, affordable, peaceful, safe with a great staff.

Very nice staff. They were very helpful and so kind for me, they gave me a virtual tour and helped me with the application process and even found ways to personally connect with me. I enjoyed the virtual tour a lot and Robin Trout is an amazing landlord.

I lived in Carriage House apartments for about three years and it was a great experience. Robyn was an excellent manager and helped to make my stay comfortable and took good care of us. I would highly recommend these apartments as a great place to live.

I just recently moved into Carriage House Apartments and I can honestly tell you I love it. Previously I had heard negative reviews/ comments about this property , was not a concern of mine for at that time, I lived in a house. When I made the decision to move to an apartment I took a few months checking and reviewing properties and this was my choice. Carriage House is now owned by another company and is under new management. The rent is reasonable, located close to grocery store and several restaurants. The staff is very respectful, friendly and are quick to resolve any concerns/ fulfill any needs requested by the "customer". My apartment is clean with modern color palette and is perfect for me. I really enjoy cleaning for Carriage House Apt, everyone is so friendly is really a great experience and I appreciate Robin the manager she is such a sweet person, she always answer any questions I have, that make my work better and so thankful for providing me the supplies right in time, with the best quality and specially the products to keep the apartments ready for the new tenants looks sparkling clean, is a quiet place to work and a very nice atmosphere.
