I had a somewhat complicated situation with the home being sold in a Trust and not being in the area while the property was listed, and they went above and beyond at every step to ensure a great outcome. From their realistic and accurate market valuation through closing, I felt I was in good hands at all times. Their communication was excellent, they took the time to talk through the 'sticky points' of the transaction with me, and they helped me take care of some tasks around closing that I wasn't able to do because I wasn't in the area. My realtor, Glynne, really went the extra mile. She was always available for me to call/text even before or after working hours and was extremely patient answering my endless questions, and sharing her real estate market knowledge in a way I could understand. Tireless in her efforts to make sure I was happy and comfortable with everything going on. She even helped me manage my cats during open houses and moving!

Thom and Valerie kept us in the loop every step of the way. We had lots of questions and they always took time to answer them.
