I have been working Lisa Thompson for several months. Started out looking for a rental. She showed me multiple homes and when I decided to buy instead of rent she got to work immediately! She was always available to answer any questions I had and her spicy personality along with her honesty and dedication helped me stay focused towards my goal of owning my first home. Absolutely terrible company when it comes to rental property maintenance. I've asked for 6 or 7 years since they purchased a home next door to me, to just keep the yard and trash up. So simple. I've had to call animal control for 3 pitbulls fighting in back yard and biting thier resident, running lose in my yard, old thrown out furniture (a couch and 2 large chairs) sitting in the yard for weeks, trash in the yard which I'll pick up if it blows over to my yard or in the street, broken glass in the street, the smell of drugs in back yard and by front driveway, there was a fire there 3 months ago so that was VERY stressful. My property value has lowered due to this home's condition. I've been threatened by Kim Kramer with a lawsuit which is wild, like they have the right to live in filth.

Had a great experience using them. Our realtor was Johanna Fresneda. She was great she made her self available whenever we needed her! She was quick to have paperwork done and turned in. She worked hard with us for a long time while we searched for a home and never let us get discouraged. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house!
