Steve is a very friendly, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable home inspector. During our home inspection, he did not mind us being there and, in fact, he showed us items that he discovered. He also performed mold testing that we requested. When the results came back, he quickly contacted a mold expert for clarification and relayed that information to us which resulted in us ultimately cancelling the contract. Steve always responded very quickly to all our inquiries. You can tell he loves serving as a home inspector. We will definitely use him on our next home inspection!

I had reached out to a few home inspectors before reaching out to Steve and I was super impressed with how straightforward he was while also being informative, super friendly and immediately I knew I wanted him to inspect my new construction home. Amazing!!! Steve gave me peace of mind being that I was out of state.
