I bought a home in Jan 2022, the realtor Anil Nankani was the listing broker for the home I had been renting, which was being sold, the home I was purchasing and the home the owners of the home I was purchasing were purchasing. Anil made me several promises about getting my home fixed up. He hired painters for me who never finished the job, I paid Anil the money for the painters and he told me several times he would help me get the work done and he never did. I got ripped off and totally taken advantage of. The home I purchased was left a disaster by the painters that Anil hired. Every time I contacted Anil he would say he would get the work done and never did then stopped responding to my calls. I would not trust this agent nor the office.

I would say 90% of the realtors that works here are big time scam artists. I understand their commissions are important to them but they would say and do anything to make that sale. I caught them contradict themselves a few times just to pressure me into making this deal happen. The realtors that I dealt with were not very honest and try to pressure you into make the wrong decision so they can make a few dollar more on their commission. I understand in this kind of business lying goes a long way but being honest is much more important and will be more profitable in the long run. In the end I went with another agency for the same listing because they were more upfront and helpful.

I rented a home from this real estate company with lies after lies. The address is 908 79th street, North Bergen, NJ. The realtor Carmen Meresciu, who is the sister of the property she rented to me is the worst there is. She rented the home as a 1 family, utilities not included to my family. I right away was interested in the basement as I have children. Carmen first tells me that her nephew is living in the basement but will leave in 2 weeks. The tenant in the basement was NOT related to her at all instead he was paying $1000 utilities included leaving me to pay for ALL the utilities as there is only one meter. Recently I sold and purchased a home and had a great experience with the Weichert Office in Fort Lee. I felt the service was attentive and they were very responsive to my needs. I had two realtors - Amy Egizi and Resham Sethi;they both were great. I was nervous about selling and buying at a home the same time, but they made me feel comfortable and guided me through the process. Initially, I wanted to find a home first and then sell but they assured me that would be a mistake - as I would end up selling for less and paying more for my new house. I was skeptical at first, but I actually got multiple offers on my old home at and over asking price and saved a few thousand dollars when I purchased my condo. I can only speak of the agent which I had dealings with. If you are a buyer and Resham Sethi is your point of contact, run. I can't state it in any other way. She is extremely unprofessional, she does not have your best interest, and she will go on and on about her own accomplishments (first hint that she is not going to have your interests in mind). I had a meeting with her a few weeks ago where she had her son (around age 8) sit in the meeting to play with his toys. I can understand there are extraneous circumstances at times, but, throughout the meeting her son constantly interrupted, and placed all his toys on the meeting desk itself.
