If I could give 0 stars I would give that. We had a very disappointing experience with Tyler. I contacted them after finding a listing on Zillow, and everything seemed fine at first. The original home wasn’t available, so they showed us another property, which we liked and applied for. After that point, the communication completely fell apart. Throughout the entire application process, we were never updated unless we reached out first. I constantly had to message them just to understand what was going on, and even then, my messages were often ignored. When I followed up again, only then would they respond. Eventually, they stopped giving any useful information at all. Instead of clearly telling us whether the house was approved or not, we were told things like “do what you have to do,” wh
