My experience with realtor Kathy Bransky was disappointing. She attempted to secure a loan for our buyer through a bank where she also works as a loan officer which created a potential conflict of interest. Important concerns were raised early in the process but were ignored, and ultimately the buyer’s loan was denied for reasons that could have been addressed. Communication was poor throughout — often limited or completely absent when we needed updates — and obtaining important information felt unnecessarily difficult. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with this realtor.

Agent Kathleen Bransky ruined what should have been a simple transaction. Her ignorance and poor communication are shocking! Her lack of professionalism and knowledge made a stressful process even worse. She mismanaged everything and gave Weichert a bad reputation. Her mistakes cost us weeks and a lot of frustration. Avoid her completely!

Celeste Osworth is amazing. Low pressure and high energy in selling my home and getting me into a new one. So hard to choose a realtor....who to trust???....we could not be happier with our decision to go with Celeste. She worked so hard to meet our needs, guided us to the best brokerage and attorney. Hired Celeste Oswalt to sell my home in Beachwood. The house was listed on a Friday. Celeste held an open house on Saturday and Sunday. We got multiple offers and full asking price.SOLD and under contract un 72 hours. What a job. Great work. I highly recommend Celeste to a tone looking to sell. God bless you Celeste
