BRRR .. this agency is cold! I contacted Jennifer Francis regarding a property she had listed through the website, she texted me back with an odd question: " are you just browsing or actively searching". I wasn't sure how to answer, responded that I guess I'm browsing until I find something I like. That was the last I heard from her.
