My agent was Dana Pray, and she was great to work with! I stopped in on a Wednesday just to talk to someone about selling my house. It was Dana that came out to talk. She followed me over to the house, went through it and told me she could sell it for me. It was on the market on Friday 11/11. On Tuesday 11/15, I accepted an offer and we closed on 11/30. Dana worked hard and got the sale. She made everything so effortless. So, if you need to sell your house fast, I highly recommend Dana Pray. She's the girl on the go! Eric Crandall does not practice ethically or fairly in his real estate dealings. After submitting a solid offer on a home in Grand Ledge he had listed (offered over asking, an escalation clause in place for $1000 over best offer which was never activated, an appraisal guarantee, waived inspection, and extended stay after closing rent free) his clients took a lesser offer from a buyer using his brokerage which in turn makes him a better profit. I can’t see behind the scenes but this behavior is unethical and this man clearly lacks morals, and will undoubtedly continue to place his profits over the best interest of clients. Hopefully this review will prevent other consumers from using his companies services and experiencing this heartache.
