Knob Pines Apartments

Disclaimer *I do not live here* I went to go tour these apartments and they are absolutely disgusting. None of the apartments that were shown to me (around 6) had been cleaned. You could tell the maintenance hadn't been kept up in YEARS. Every apartment had mold/water damage, broken windows, broken fridges, rusty medicine cabinets and closet shelves, nasty chipped kitchen and bathroom countertop. Absolutely no updates besides the flooring in some units. Grounds were not mowed/weeded. Paint chipping off all buildings and rusty, chipping apartment doors. The owners should be ashamed of themselves! 10/10 wouldn't recommend.

It's a nice place to live, decent apartments, but could use a few upgrades. The maintenance crews do provide fast services, however I do have a some disappointments towards them on some things I've experienced in the year that I've lived here. Could use some improvements here and there but all in all, it's a good place to live in a great community. The landlord Laura is really nice as well.

Got a call back in the beginning and she was super helpful, we put in an application and have heard nothing back since, we’ve called at least 10 times and we’re hoping for a call back.

Outdated apartments. Could be better. Owner won't put any money into this place. Not really worth over $600. A one bedroom is seriously like $10 less than a two bedroom. At least the maintenance workers are nice. Save your money.

We've had no issues and its a great livig atmosphere. These are our first apartments and we are very satified. They leave you to yourself. They arent constantly knocking on the door.
