Mike is everything you want in a realtor, he is very knowledgeable of the entire process and very responsive to any concerns or questions. He is also a great deal negotiator. He was able to get some money off of the price of the house and he got the home seller to pay his entire fee! I was a first time home buyer and he helped navigate me through the entire process. . . Michael was great. To start, I was not racing to sell this house. It was my mom's house, and we had recently moved her into assisted living. Just a lot of things going on, and the sale of the house, for better or worse, was not my top priority. He grasped that and worked with me. He had a bit of patience. Other realtors just disappeared. Michael checked in ever so often seeing how things were going, and I needed that. A gentle reminder now and again. Once we were engaged, he advised on what was needed. Not only advised but actively assisted in the cleanup and prepping. He largely took responsibility for the staging. I welcomed such. He was when it came to the value of the property optimistic, and we ended up getting above that price. Some of the realtors we spoke to gave some pretty low
