I have worked with Calvara twice in the past 2 years. First, when selling my dad's house. We had done some renovations, but it was still very dated looking. Even though the house was empty at the time, Calvara and her team did an amazing job staging the photos showing what it could look like with furniture and highlighting it's potential. I believe we had about 75 showings in 6 days. It sold for over asking price and I couldn't be happier with the results. Calvara was also my realtor when purchasing a new house this year. It was a very smooth closing (in 30 days) even though we had a few financial obstacles to work though. She was there to help in anyway she could.
