Shabana and her team were definitely the right choice for us! Her attention to detail, market analysis, and advice given were all spot on. She recommended a few changes before we listed, and we feel that they really helped to present our house in the best light. Sonia was excellent, too, in holding open houses for us the first weekend. We sold within a week and for over asking price! Shabana helped us to navigate the three offers so we could choose the one that was the best for us. Shabana and her team have shown a level of unprofessionalism I have never experienced with previous real estate agents before. Having recently attempted to place an offer with Shabana and her team we unfortunately did not get the house. However what was the most upsetting wasn’t even that we didn’t have our offer accepted, rather she didn’t have the common courtesy to reach out to other potential buyers and inform them their offer was rejected. Not a phone call, not an email, nothing. Spitting on my face would’ve been a better outcome than what we were given. I strongly recommend not perusing using them as your agents. Completely biased.

We worked directly with Sonia as our main realtor and she always answered our questions promptly and provided us with the support needed to sell our first home.
