We stayed at the Winstons View property in Jasper, AR. The house was absolutely beautiful and definitely matched the pictures. The view was outstanding and pictures don't do it justice. We watched every sunrise and sunset. Weekender Management was wonderful to work with. Easy booking, very informative, very quick response times, and checked in on us during our stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend staying with Weekender Management at any of their properties.

I joined my friends on a trip to Bentonville over the summer and stayed at a Weekender managed property. The house could have been great but it’s like they do the bare minimum on cleaning. My new socks turned black and it made me question the surfaces I was touching, to sitting on the couch and even using the dishes. The beds seemed to have fresh sheets at least. Kitchen was a bit unorganized, I found random dishes in random cabinets, but that’s not really a complaint. You can tell the management company doesn’t take the time to look at the home. Biggest giveaway was the dirty return air vent that showed the air filter was past its time, and why did the ceiling fans have a layer of thick dust I had to try and clean myself?? Our home was a gem for a group of active adults! We ran a 50k on the Back 40 and surrounding trails. We hit the trails right from the backyard of the home. The 6 bedrooms were perfect for us to spread out and the kitchen was stocked more than what I have at home and even had a kitchen scale. Lots of outdoor space complete with hot tub and fire pit and the garage was packed with outdoor toys like kayaks, SUPs, floating mat, etc and had foosball and ping pong. We were there in early December, so there was even a Christmas tree in the living room. We can’t say enough good things about this home that is perfect for an active group or anybody wanting to chill indoors. Rental was a breeze and unlike many, we didn’t have to do much to clean except start the dishwasher.

My stay was disappointing. The listing claims a close proximity to Crystal Bridges, but due to Bentonville’s frequent traffic congestion, it is close to 20-25 minutes. The advertised "quiet times" were not enforced, and despite raising concerns about noise, the host only said they were sorry to hear that without offering a solution. Security was a concern as the exterior door was found unlocked multiple times after my arrival, and the door to the rental space was a flimsy interior door. Additionally, the narrow staircase to the space was difficult to navigate with luggage due to its tight width and artwork on both sides, posing a risk of damage or even a safety hazard. We had a girls' weekend in Rogers and stayed in one of their properties. Great host! Quick to respond. Perfect location. We had a great time.
