He identified several issues that the builder has since fixed thanks to his thorough report. What impressed me most was his honesty regarding radon testing; he actually told me he didn't think it was necessary in my case instead of just trying to take my money. I chose to do it anyway for the safety of my unborn children, but I truly appreciated his integrity. Nick works with real passion and gives you true peace of mind. Nick is a phenomenal inspector. I knew how thorough he was going to be after our initial conversation where he took his time to explain every question i had in great detail and make sure I understood the ins and outs of so many different aspects of buying a home. The inspection was no different. Nick gave a very thorough inspection and took his time to explain in depth everything he noticed, what should be done to fix it, and how to properly care for each aspect.
