Weddington Place Apartments

Great apartments, we love it here! Kristen and Sandy in the office are so sweet! They actually care about the residents, and keeping the community safe and clean. If any problems arise, they respond quickly, as well as having it fixed promptly! I loved being able to move into an apartment that had no previous tenants B4 myself, and that they put in brand-new stainless steel appliances (which includes a dishwasher!) So many perks besides that living here too....24/7 gym with key fob only entry, pool, private balcony, 9 ft ceilings, cable & Internet included in the rent,car wash, plenty of parking spaces, & they are building a gate for our community which will require either key fob or code for entry!! Great location as well!!

Looks nice, but have a lot of small flaws that need fixing, should have sound proof floors or people with large dogs should be suggested to get apartments on the first floor. Luckily I can tolerate noise more than I used to.
