Myrick Home Inspections

David Myrick of Myrick Home Inspections is the worst home inspector in North Carolina and possibly the entire USA. The guy is clueless. He missed four major foundation issues and a host of other things at the home we purchased based off his inspection. There are literally holes under the crawlspace in the center supporting foundation walls that are big enough for a bear to walk through. We found this out when we hired a plumber to do some work the week after we purchased the home. The plumber called us into the crawlspace to show us what he had found. I mean a blind person that inspected the crawlspace could have found these holes but we had an inspector with two good eyes who didn't see this?
