I live here and I love it! it's very quiet, great neighbors, great property manager, Elle, and amazing on site maintenance man! you cannot hear your neighbors through the walls, or in the hallways which I love, it's very safe! the apartments are beautiful, updated, and big. in my apartment both bedrooms have walk-in closets, we have our own laundry rooms in our apartments, a pantry, master bath etc easy to clean surfaces and floors. Big bedrooms! Elle is the property manager and she is super helpful with anything you need. she also goes above and beyond by leaving reminders about winter storms, or anything important like that. She throws Christmas parties and Valentine's day raffles, lots of fun stuff to make it feel like more of a community on top of everything else she does. Our on-site

Living at Webster Woods has been such a great experience! The community is quiet, well-maintained, and perfectly located here in Hanover — close to everything but still peaceful and private. The common areas are always clean, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. I want to give a special thank-you to Ellie, the property manager, for her kindness and all the help during my moving process. She was so patient, professional, and made everything so much easier. I truly recommend Webster Woods to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home! 🌿🏡

Living at Webster Woods has been a dream! The building is inviting, quiet, and everyone is friendly. The apartments are well designed with an open concept, all appliances and fixtures are up to date. The management is wonderful. Ellie, the Property Manager does a fantastic job. She is kind, quick, prompt and will find a resolution to any issue! It’s comforting to find an apartment building with professional management who care about keeping the property looking well manicured and making improvements that improve residents quality of life. I highly recommend Webster Woods if you’re looking for an apartment on the south shore, the area is wonderful!

I have been living here for 2 years and I love it. The complex is under new management and the transition was fairly easy. Ellie who is our new housing manager is doing so much to create a sense of community. I have gotten to know some of the people from both buildings because of her community events. She is respectful and prompt in attending to emails. Ellie was a wonderful advocate for the return of the cleaning service, which disappeared before her arrival. Bob, our maintenance person is also attentative to our needs and requests. Great place to live!

We've lived at Webster Woods for almost 7 years. Six months ago, the property was sold. The new owner and the new management company have initiated many upgrades not only to the property, but our new Property Manager at Webster Woods is highly resident-focused. She has initiated many touches and activities to bring the residents together. She acknowledges every holiday with an email and something showing care. An example is on the first HOT day of the season, water bottles were placed on a table at the entrance. We also have enjoyed grab-and-go snacks, a class making Mother's Day floral bouquets, and a Father's Day raffle. She works hard at creating an environment that Webster Woods is OUR HOME, and we appreciate that.
