Cushing Residence

Lived at Cushing residence for 4 years. Different manager every year. One cleaning person who only swept the floor and didn't change the water that looked like mud and didn't clean every floor. 2 Matience people, one totally useless, I wouldn't let him scew in a light bulb. Trash shoot always over flowing. Ceilings leaking with buckets to catch the water and left for months on end. There is a huge mouse problem and and mold issues. Security doors don't lock, instead of fixing, management put up notes saying to close the doors. Office did not answer phones or return calls. Notes on door, do not knock, must have an appointment. By law security deposit is to be returned with in 30 days, it's been 60 days and I was told money was sent 2 weeks ago but I have not received it. They lie to you an
