As a professional property manager and the health-care power of attorney for a tenant who rented from We Rent Today, I am appalled at the company’s refusal to return a security deposit, as required by NC law, or to provide a statement of damages for which the deposit would be withheld in the first 30 days following the tenant’s vacancy last January. I lived at this place for a year it was nasty complex trash was a issue on the property. They had a big rat problem outside. There was a big roach problem there and mold. Maintenance never did there job and the office doesn't care. HOA did not put any effort into this place I would give it zero stars if I could
