Wayzata Lake Apartments

Wayzata Lake apartments is a great place to live! I have only lived here 2 weeks but the property manager, Julie, has made the experience seamless. The move in process was smooth, and any repairs or issues I’ve had have been handled quickly and professionally. Location is wonderful too, hard to beat.

This is a great place to live. The area is very walkable, lots of restaurants nearby and close to lake Minnetonka. The property manager, Julie, is very kind and welcoming, along with their maintenance team. They are very on top of everything and upkeep this place very well.

My daughter and I enjoy living at Wayzata Lake Apartments.🩷 Recent work order was done fast and efficient. Not all superheroes wear capes. Thank you, Julie! and the Wayzata Lake Crew!🩷

Wayzata Lake Apartments is the best apartment community around the lake area! Amazing staff, amazing buildings, amazing management and specifically Julie! She is very helpful, understanding and excited to make sure your living situation is exactly what you want. Couldn’t recommend enough. 6/5 stars if I could! Ps: the decor is so cute!

Friendly and professional staff, always promptly addresses any maintenance requests, and the residents are courteous and neighborly. Outstanding location.
