Minnetonka Title

I love Minnetonka Title! We've done several house closings with Brenda doing the title work for us and she is the absolute best! We will keep coming back for any and all title needs. She is friendly, responds very quickly and exceeds all expectations that one would have when working with a title company.

I had used Minnetonka Title for a real estate closing in the past and when I needed to get some documentation from my local county for an upcoming transaction, I remembered that Minnetonka Title had the ability to help me retrieve those items more efficiently and quicker than I could do on my own. Within two business days I had the documents I needed, instead of the 2-week time frame that the county told me it would take. It paid for me to remember that Minnetonka Title offers more than just a place to close a real estate transaction.

We were the selling household in a real estate transaction. Minnetonka Title would not wire our proceeds to our bank, period. Our bank is not local and now we’re sitting on a check that has to be mailed to be deposited (too large to do online, good problem). When my wife went to pick up the check the staff was far from professional. What year is this? I understand there’s wire fraud but they’ve created a lot of work and angst. I would never recommend this company to anyone, period. Happy to answer questions.

As a Realtor with 20 years in the business, I've seen the difference a good title company can make. They are the last domino in your transaction and if that one doesn't fall or misses the mark people get sour and deadlines get missed. Do your self and everyone a favor and call Dan and his team.
