Waxahachie Inspection Department

Dont understand why every time you get a new health inspector the rules change or they tell you things that where not on the video that you have to take to be certified to work with food but in a book you know nothing about because it is state certified!! Every health inspector should be on the same page and some of them need to check their attitude!! When asked a question to understand what was wanted better one of the inspectors rudely told a person off today instead of simply awsering their question!!
