The Place at North Grove

They need to fix these signs for Uber and Door Dash delivery drivers smh! I was looking for an apartment that was on the right but the sign said it was on the left!

I recently moved into the Place at North Grove, brand new apartment complex and so far, it’s been a great experience. The building is modern, well-designed, and everything is spotless. I love the open layout of the unit, high ceilings, all wood floors and the natural light that pours in through the large windows. The appliances, washer and dryer are top-of-the-line and the smart home features are a nice touch. The amenities—especially the fitness center and outdoor swimming pool are impressive and well-maintained. The leasing office has been responsive and helpful from day one. A couple of things are still being finalized since the property just opened, but management has kept residents informed and has handled everything professionally. Put in two service request and had a response in no time. Maintenance was able close out both work orders in less than 48 hours. The staff here at The Place at North Grove are very responsive and super helpful.

I have never had such a wonderful apartment experience in all of my time renting in and around the Dallas area. The staff is kind and truly quick to help, you can tell this place is run by people who take pride in their work. All of my neighbors seemed kind and respectful as well! The apartments themselves are also gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. As someone who has a very high standard for clean and safe living spaces, North Grove was the perfect home for the time I was able to live there. I only recently moved because of life circumstances that took me out of state. If I ever move back to the area, I'll be renting here again in a heartbeat!
