Waverly Station at the Highlands

The gates are all ways closed my package don’t get delivered and sometimes the delivery people give it to the office and the office people tell us after 2 months or 3 and if we want a uber they can’t come in to pick us up so I have to go to Parker’s or the office I love waverly station I do I wish I didn’t have to make this no hate

Me and my finance have been here about a week, it’s a really nice homey environment. We hadn’t seen our apartment before moving in because we lived a few hours away previously but the apartment feels much bigger in person. Everything was clean when we arrived including the community. Our only real complaint is the trash. We feel that there should be another compactor, the one they do have was overflowing everytime we went. I was told by one of the residents that they used to have recycling so maybe they need that. Other than that, everything is great.

I lived in this apartment complex while being stationed at Hunter Army Airfield for two years. Now that I officially moved to a new duty assignment, here is my honest review. This apartment complex is more than likely the best in the area. You cannot beat the price and square footage of their apartments. When we first moved here from Fort Hood Texas, we bought our apartment sight unseen while en route. I was so nervous about getting something that I hadn’t seen before but with this amazing team at Waverly station, I wouldn’t have done it any other way. It looked just like the pictures we saw online and was very clean. For the last two years, it has been wonderful! Sam and Holly are so kind and helpful. My family and I have lived here for just under 5 years and just recently moved out due to purchasing a home. We have nothing but great things to say about the property and office staff. The apartments have a lot of square footage compared to a lot of the other properties nearby and really allowed space for our family and pets to grow without making us feel compact. The girls in the office were always friendly and available to help out with anything we needed and maintenance was on top of it with quick repairs.

The process went smooth and communications were made clearer in the latter part owing to change of admin personnel. So far, move in is great! The outside is kept clean, maintained and the community is homely. The one complain I have is the air in the apartment is sometimes stifling because of smoking coming up from below or down from above. Other than this, great apartment for now.
