Waverly Pointe

Took a tour of this property today and I absolutely loved it. The manager Dymonique, was amazing!! She was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She has a beautiful demeanor. The apartment is lovely and the grounds well kept. The property is located in the heart of dining and shopping. I have two more tours, but this property is at the top of my list

Terrible experience in the last three years of a five year stint. Management was dicey when I first moved in, but I managed to maintain a decent relationship with him. Everything went downhill in the third year of me being there. Within the five years there, the gate NEVER worked. There were at least three owners during that time, and they were not consistent with how things were run in the rent office. There were numerous repairs that were not performed, either due to the change in Management, or the lack of maintenance workers on hand. It took them all of two years to fix a leak in the roof, yet, rent was not discounted for the inconvenience. Thank you to Dymonique and Tj and Mr. Bo, they made my move in experience a breeze. Very friendly, good communication and a very good timely response to any complaints or problems. I love it and can’t wait to see what the future holds with being a resident.

Absolutely disgusting place to live. The amount of cockroaches and dirty needles I’ve found in the hallway is actually insane. Would not recommend this place to anyone especially since there’s a shooting every other night. Crazy but when I moved in there were bullet holes in my window, which weren’t covered up or even changed for over a month. When I asked how the bullet holes got there management didn’t disclose that someone was shot and killed right outside my apartment and my front door. Anyone looking for a place to live should NOT LIVE HERE!

Since moving in I have had issues. Those issues were fixed in the beginning just to reoccur and at times worst than before. I have had a ceiling leak that had not been attended and I still experience leakage when it rains. I believe mold is in my apartment as well. We have suffered from plumbing leaks , sink not draining, a dish washer that has not worked since move in, garage disposal has not worked since moved in. Rent is increasing and they definitely want you out with no hesitation ! Even the trash is hard to look at sometimes because it will be all over the ground and this is the outside one that the tenants use. Someone did clean it up but it sat for the longest. Evictions items are still outside and it is the change of managements that things are getting left undone. We have been ba
