Pointe Grand Thomaston Apartments

The property truly is gorgeous with great amenities, and it really speaks for itself! Takara, however, sold it, she was so engaging and knowledgeable at my tour. Her great customer service and friendly nature make her the perfect person for the job.

My tour at Pointe Grand Apartments was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the apartments were modern, clean, and spacious. I was especially impressed with the kitchen area. This tour definitely confirmed that Pointe Grand is a place I’d love to call home. Also Kayla was my tour guide

DO NOT make the mistake I made and rent these apartments!!!!!First off when I toured I was told that the guest bathroom would have an actual tub and all the units were exactly the same. Nope never got a tub I could actually take a bath in just stand in showers with nothing to protect the water going into the floor when you shower. Secondly mold was found in my apartment less than two months after moving in and by the looks of the aggressiveness of the mold it was sitting in the apartment for months. Obviously after building them the units just sat there and were not properly ventilated. I lost bedroom and dining room furniture after the mold spread onto the furniture and the company refused to take responsibility for mold being in their apartment. After almost 6 weeks of reporting this the

kayla Davis was my resident leasing agent here at grande pointe and she did an amazing job with giving me and bestfriend a tour of the apartements . She was very sweet and gave us a warm welcoming as we entered in . While touring we were able to tour the gym , pool and the apartment unit . patio and other ameties . our overall experience was wonderful while touring inside of the apartment homes I will say the apartment is very nice and has great spacing and friendly people to greet you along the property. The property management team is wonderful and I will highly recommend anyone come into and apply for an apartment!

I was very pleased with the tour I received today. Ms. Taron greeted us at the door with a warm welcome and a lovely smile. She began by showing us the beautiful amenities, then provided a very detailed tour of the unit. This is a beautiful community!
