I've been in my apartment for 17 years. I love my building and my neighbors. The MANAGEMENT COMPANY SUCKS!! THEY WILL GIVE U THE RUN AROUND BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY HELP YOU!! FIX THE ELEVATOR AND STOP LEAVING DISABLED TRAPPED!! 🤬🤡🤡🤡

Trying to contact them, but they don't answer the phone. There's never anybody there but they sure can give you monthly bills and 14 day notices. This place is awful Joe Rizzo and Chris Daly are GREEDY. They lied and steered us the wrong way and that's against HUD Needed an emergency Move and can't get it. We are confined to our apartment because we are afraid of getting hurt by people in the neighborhood.

This entire company is a scam. Their employees are incompetent who use pay outs to provide affordable housing to their friends and families. I have proof you can pay “tax credit specialist” money in exchange for acceptance for affordable housing.

The building on Creston Avenue, 181st is the worst. Drug dealers, drug addicts, building is always dirty,leaks when it rains. I moved in 9 years ago when it was newly built. Over the last few years rodents and roaches have occupied as well. Currently there's a water pressure problem, can't take a shower, and worst thing about it all is that I can't complain because the website doesn't have a complaint options. Wavecrest Management sucks, and I will be reporting them to housing.

They are the absolute worst they sent me a letter of rejection when i called 6 times in a week in order to reschedule once! No stars read the yelp reviews they are horrible and very unprofessional. I have the calls and email to prove what a terrible place this was to even try to contact. I wish i could give them ) stars.
