We had a terrible experience with Wassau. They bumped us around between three different builders over two years with no progress. We finally went with a different builder that we ended up very happy with. Edit: in their response, they said they never worked with this customer. They were the third of three Wausau builders we were bumped to, and we have the emails to prove it. And after saying they would work with us, they basically ghosted us for months. It was after the experience with Wausau in Stillwater that we decided to go with a completely different builder.
Richard and Josh Gagne did a fantastic job building our home. They communicated with us constantly, were always courteous and professional, and displayed amazing integrity. You should choose these guys. They are great!!!
