Keith was supposed to show me a rental property but seemed completely uninterested in showing me the property once I arrived. He took a phone call for the entire time I was there, showed no interest in assuring me that the property would be clean if I were to rent it, and all but dissuaded me from applying once he did talk to me. I’d say he reeked of alcohol, but I really hope I imagined that. If he did not want me renting the property, he should’ve just lied to me and said the listing was unavailable while I was on the phone and thereby refrain from wasting either of our time. On the other hand, if a flippant attitude is his general mode of doing business, I hope for the livelihood of his real estate team that the other agents exercise a much more professional candor.

I had an appointment with Mr Keith Watts this past weekend to view a home he was representing. He never showed up. After arriving, I called and texted him but he still failed to respond. I understand sometimes life gets in the way but he never called or texted later to apologize for wasting my time. This is as unprofessional as it gets! I wouldn't waste my time with this guy.

Keith Watts was my realtor in multiple deals when I lived in Aliso Viejo and Laguna Niguel. He also helped find my mom a house when she moved to Laguna Niguel. Keith was always and continues to be a valuable resource to me on the subject of real estate, and many other things too. He's a smart, honest, tough, helpful and trusted adviser. I've never had a realtor who I felt was more on my side, looking out for my interests. He works hard and knows his stuff. I have for a long time considered him a good friend.

This is difficult for me to write because I don't normally take the time to write negative reviews. If I could give this guys negative stars, I would. He showed us a property in Anaheim Hills for rent. To begin with, I found it funny that he only introduced himself to my husband and shook his hand while I had to introduce myself to him. Maybe he doesn't have much respect for women. That was the first subtle red flag. This place has been unoccupied for months and we noticed the pricing came down so we wanted to take a look. Even if the cabinetry and finishings were not new or modern, we figured it doesn't hurt to look since it's so affordable. Well, the house is in major need of MANY fixes - paint peeling, broken light fixtures, a wooden frame from the kitchen cabinetry that was hanging out
