While Watters International Realty did a great job selling my home years ago, I’m completely dissatisfied with a recent sale of a family member’s home. I was executor of a deceased family member’s home. The approach to sell was to keep going down on the price of the home (although priced below market value) and also agree to the things the potential buyers wanted. The home continuously was left with lights on and air temp adjusted and doors unlocked a few times. When I mentioned this to the realtor, he said no, no one had been there, or that everyone always leave the house the way they found it- like I was making this up. This happened repeatedly. Once the home sold last week, not a peep from the realtor, except the last minute panic text messages to ensure we had made all requested repair

I called Watters International Realty for what I thought was an impossible situation. My uncle moved into assisted living and he needed to sell his Austin, TX home to help with the medical costs. The only problem was that the home was in need of major (MAJOR!) repairs. Originally, I called just to get an idea of what the options were because I fully expected this home to sit on the market for months. The good news is that it didn't. I had an offer within 4 days of meeting with Wayne and it was exactly in the range he said it would be. I am so grateful to the entire team for helping to make this happen and would absolutely use them again in the future.
