This place for property management should be a firm no. Please do not ever decide to move into a hoa or property managed by a Mike Privette that works for this company. He tries to fine people 100$ a day for visitors that bring a dog with them to visit you which is crazy. If you want freedom or to live like you are not in a prison and have the say to who you would like to invite to your house do not live in any properties managed by him or this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Nancy Durham tells me I can't fill out a rental app till I See the home but can't schedule anything till the next day which I do, then calls me 3 hours later and says she's got an application on the property and canceling the showing. She's a liar, stay away, far away from her.

Stay away from Ocean garden condos I lived in unit 300 it's covered in mold the windows didn't shut and the door frame is rotting apart I had my motorcycle bags broke into when asked for them to check the cameras they said they don't work.

Really bad service I had an app to look at rental property with Kathleen and she just didn't show up her exsuse was she has an application pending well I am sorry a phone call to cancel the appointment would've been nice rather than me dragging my sick baby and my toddler to meet up .

Told me they wouldn't make any money off of putting a tenant in my duplex and decided not to help
