If you are renting a property through Watson Realtor, St. Mary’s GA. Be advised is the property management group, is the worst. They do not follow up on repairs or request needs. They go so far as to cancel your request as though work done. Will never notify you as to why they canceled ticket(s). Anytime you inquire as to the status of an open work order you get - EXCUSES! Still waiting on window screens to be repair, so I can enjoy spring/fall weather. Day late and a dollar short. God forbid you fail to pay your rent or be late with your rent. This Watson Realty Branch is the worst. What a joke.

Jessica Morla is an absolute Angel sent from the heavens above. I truly TRULY could not put into words, how much we treasure the fact that she was our realtor.
