We had a fantastic experience with Doug, our home inspector, for our new construction. He conducted both the initial inspection and our 11-month warranty inspection. Doug was exceptionally thorough, examining every detail of our home. We were extremely pleased with his comprehensive work and felt confident in his assessments. Doug was so easy to work with. He made inspecting our home feel like a true priority to him which made us feel like we were in good hands. He even moved our appointment up to a sooner date. His email feedback was so easy to understand, organized, and he provided pictures with every issue so we could see for ourselves. Considering we are buying this home sight unseen that was so extremely helpful to us. He also recommended other services/inspections we should get on the home before closing, we are first time home buyers and really appreciated this advice from him. Coastal Oaks home inspection was by far the best inspection I’ve ever received. Very thorough and easy to review. He gives you a binder with everything divided and tabbed ready for easy review. (OCD organizers will 🥰) The report has lots of pictures and things are numbered by severity to make it easy to pinpoint the things you really need to review so you don’t have to look through everything and try to figure it out because obviously I don’t know the inner workings of everything on the house. The way he did this report really made it easy for us to make a decision and we appreciated that! Thank you again.😁
