Nathan McCall is hands down my GO-TO home inspector for now on. His reporting was so clear and concise! He was quick and answered any and all questioned me and my husband had. During the inspection, we were welcome to attend, and he walked us through everything and gave us a clear understanding on the level severity of each item. Price was extremely reasonable! Turnover was fast. The report was thorough. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND.

Inspector gave in accurate guidance, not knowing of the building code related to attic insulation in an attic space.. Would not touch the electrical panel to remove 4 panel cover screws. Missed identification of a 2nd open electrical junction box. Missed an open outlet in the attic. Missed an extension cord wire, at the top of the attic stairs, tied into a junction box and running into a metal exhaust duct. Missed several MOLD-like areas on the exterior of the hvac ductwork. Missed a duct fully torn away from the main line. He would not come re-inspection the repairs nor look at the electrical panel. Did not make himself available to us through our realtor. Let the pictures speak for themselves and the work that was done.
