To #6 - Not at this time but may consider it later. Jill Croteau went out of her way to ensure we got our contract interest rate by contacting parties she wasn’t even responsible for contacting. She kept the closing process moving forward and ensured there were no delays. Anything we asked her to do, she did right away. She was always available anytime we wanted to see a property. She had such a positive attitude throughout the entire process and was very reassuring when we had doubts. She was also very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. We feel very fortunate to have had Jill as our realtor.

I can not recommend Kim Alexander enough. I have never had a more responsive realtor. Kim kept me updated on everything. She helped me every step of the way in buying my house in Debary. I was new to Florida so I feel like she acted like more than just a realtor but also as a local guide. She definitely knows the area. Oh, and she has the patience of a saint. I was so impressed with her that I also hired her when I was looking for an office to rent/lease. Kim was a master negotiated when it came to working out specific details in the lease and really helped me get a good deal.

This is my fourth home purchase- and Carla Robles is the best realtor I've worked with. She was knowledgeable, hard-working, and always available. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. I cannot recommend her enough and will be telling all my friends who are buying a home to hire her as she is the best in the business! While I hope to never move again, if I do, she will be the first person I call!
