Venture Title

My family had a complicated situation. My father in law passed and my children's father had passed. My son has some special situations, I'm his POA. His aunt in Florida took care of everything as the house for sale was in Florida and the rest of us are in Missouri. This has taken several months and this is our third time to "close". I'm so thankful to Julie Leatherwood and all of her timeless efforts in helping our family settle this sale. 5 stars is the least of it. Should be 10. As a mom of a child who is an adult but still capable of some functions but not others , she walked me through each step with patience and never showed aggravation. This was an exceedingly pleasurable experience. Top notch service.

The easiest closing I've ever had. Elcy came to the house, explained the paperwork, we signed everything and she was on her way. Within a few hours, we had copies of the transaction in our mailbox.
