I’ve had a great experience with my property management company. César, Doug, and Ciara are fantastic—always responsive, efficient, and truly on top of things. Any time something comes up, it’s handled quickly and smoothly, which makes living here stress-free. I really appreciate how proactive and organized they are.

The big problem in this community is the noise in the early morning. Many people do not respect the hours from 12 AM to 6 AM; there is a lot of moving noise, not music. It seems that they are dedicated to throwing furniture, and it happens in several buildings. It is the same as what the neighbors comment. That is why there are already many empty apartments.
