I dealt with Mike in this company, based on my experience he was nothing but unprofessional. He wasted time and misled me. At the end of everything he clearly stated he didn’t know what my property is worth. I showed him the latest 3 comps within a mile radius even though he mentioned he couldn’t find them(he wasn’t even looking in the right neighborhood). He blasted the realtors that sold those homes to ask them for private information in regard to the sales instead. I thought I was hiring a reputable company with knowledge, anyone can call a listing agent and do what he did. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Joey and his team were super responsive. We reached out after finding him on a Google search. They clearly know the area, and they were able to visit our home and complete the appraisal within 48 hours of our first call. Not professional, said one number on site and when they were going to write the information on the appraisal they came up with another numbered followed by them saying they didn't know what the house was worth. If you're looking for an appraiser please don't waste your time with these people. They will not do anything for you.
